These categories enable companies and organisations to provide multiple staff with member benefits such as discounts to training and events, access to best practice information plus a sense of belonging to a professional association. These new cost effective categories are available in the following four levels:
- Platinum Corporate Group – ideal for up to 100 individuals from the one organisation
- Diamond Corporate Group - ideal for up to 50 individuals from teh one organisation
- Gold Corporate Group– ideal for up to 20 individuals from the one organisation
- Silver Corporate Group– ideal for up to 10 individuals from the one organisation
- Bronze Corporate Group – ideal for up to 5 individuals from the one organisation
In summary, each individual within a Corporate Group membership will receive the same benefits as current members with the exception of voting rights. Only one individual, a named key contact, will have voting rights.

If your organisation does sign up to become a Corporate Group member, then SOCAP will be delighted to acknowledge your support by displaying your company logo on our website.
If you hold an existing corporate membership, these new options do not replace your current package, but are offered as an alternative for those who wish to integrate a professional membership throughout the entire customer service or complaint handling team. Special consideration will be given if you upgrade to a Corporate Group membership part way through your membership year.
