Event Sponsorship Invitation
We invite you to consider sponsorsing one of our many events. We have a range of options to suit all budgets and in many locations.
Annual Symposium - held in either Sydney or Melbourne each year
Our Annual Sympoisum is promoted widely amongst our 1300+ community and is seen as our flagship event attracting anywhere between 150 to 250 practitioners and leaders in the consumer affairs or complaints industry. It is the longest running and highest profile event of its kind here in Australia.
We invite sponsorship from a range of organisations - those who wish to align themselves with industry best practice, or to encourage industry best practice, and also those with products and services to sell to the membership. There are options from Gala Dinner sponsor, Keynote speaker sponsor, luncheon sponsor, delegate satchel sponsor plus more. Please contact us for more information.
Our 23rd Annual Symposium is 28 to 30 August 2013 in Sydney. Click through for more information and then call us if you would like more information on the sorts of opportunities that remain.
We welcome CBA back as our major sponsor once again in 2013, and thank them for their continued support.
CCR13 Crisis and Consumer Response - in response to the requirements of our more senior members.
CCR13 offers attendees the opportunity to explore case studies, practical exercises and expert opinion around best practice consumer, customer or complaint management in the event of a crisis incident. Product recalls, PR faux pas, social media crisis management and incident management form the basis for the program - with specific focus on customer/citizen management.
Our 2nd Annual CCR13 event is 21 and 22 March 2013 and also in Sydney. Click through for more information and then call us for a discussion.
We run a range of training events and networking events around the country.
- Monthly training workshops - predominantly Sydney and Melbourne
- Free Community of Practice (COP) networking events - locally organised networking events with a focus on education and netowrking, plus being free to attend. We invite sponsorship and hosting in local communities. While we currently only run them regularly in Brisbane and Adelaide we have plans for Sydney, Perth and Wellington for 2013 and invite offers from companies in these cities. COP events are convened and organised locally, with final sign off and centralised administration by the SOCAP office.
