Our 2015 Award Winners will be announced at the 25th Annual SOCAP Symposium Gala Dinner, held on Tues 18 August, 2015, Doltone House, Darling Island Wharf, Sydney, Australia.
Award nomination period typically opens in May and closes in July.

Awards will be given for the following three categories

Rising Star Award - acknowledges an emerging staff member within the SOCAP community who has made a significant contribution to improving the consumer affairs or complaint handling process or outcome going above and beyond their job description within an organisation. 

Nominations are welcome from Business, Government and non-government sectors.

Stellar Achievement Award - acknowledges a more experienced indiviudal, partnership or team, within the SOCAP membership who has made a significant contribution to improving the status of consumer affairs, complaint prevention or complaint handling within their business or industry as a whole, going above and beyond their job description within an organisation and industry.


Nominations are welcome from Business, Government and non-government sectors.

Lifetime Achievement Award - acknowledging a body of work 10 years or more within the industry.
