Complaints Handling Workshops 2010

SOCAP Australia Complaints Handling Workshops have proved to be a resounding success and highly popular amongst SOCAP members and their staff.  Make your reservations for this limited series of workshops for 2010 as places are filling fast. 

Designed specifically for both team members and managers working in complaint handling, sessions are scheduled to be held in both Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth for the second half of the year.
