Free for SOCAP members, these regular events held in capital cities revolve around a different theme each time – ranging from Human Centered Design to Managing Unreasonable Complainant Behaviour.
Held regularly before work in capital cities, each breakfast welcomes a keynote speaker on a range of topics that are mission critical to the complaint management industry and provide ample time for networking.
